Did you make an deposit to your health account?
If you remember I wrote about the health account before (read it here) and how our health works.
You can make deposits by doing the following:
- Eat well
- Socialise (deep connections)
We keep doing these things we feel more meaning, happiness, courageous and excel at work and life.
Every time we do the opposite:
- Eat processed foods
- Go to bed late
We make a withdrawal from our deposits we built up and some action have really high cost on our health. And the closer we get to minus in the account we will start to see:
And a downward spiral in all areas of life.
Withdrawals are fast and give instant pleasure.
Deposits take effort and time.
I want to make our deposits as effortless as possible. If we train 3-4 week the deposit is 1,5-2% of our time but the return is feeling better 65% (the time we are awake) of the time.
Is there any other vector we can spemd lesd time in and have the same deposit?
Already you are the tip of the spear in Germany when it comes to health and fitness. You are leading the way for the others. If anyone questions “how do you have time?” Then simply reply “1,5%”.
