Practice Kettlebell Clean & Snatch

If you want to be efficient in your technique for your kettlebell clean or snatch there are some simple points of performance you want to check on:

  • Grip – hold the weight so the thumb comes as close to the handle as possible
  • Keep the kettlebell close to the body
  • Rotate the weight – Don’t flip!
  • Start practicing in the clean and then progress to the snatch
