What I found was shocking.
Diabetes has tripled in the last few decades, and yet the WHO continues to push nutritional guidelines that don’t work—and, in some cases, might actually be making things worse. These recommendations are followed by governments, institutions, doctors, and health organizations worldwide, shaping the way diabetes is treated and managed.
But here’s the problem: They don’t make sense.
