The Momentum Method is an 8–12 week coaching cycle built around three variables: your body composition baseline (measured via InBody scan), your schedule, and your specific goal — whether that’s losing 5–10 kg, fixing chronic back or shoulder pain, or building the kind of functional strength that changes how you carry yourself.

Every week has a structure. Every session is coached, not monitored. And every 4 weeks, your programme is reviewed and adjusted based on actual data — not how you feel that morning.

We use CrossFit methodology because it builds real, broad physical capacity. Not performance sport. Not endurance events. The kind of strength, mobility and conditioning that makes a 55-year-old feel 40, and a 40-year-old feel like they’re just getting started.
