Sometimes it happens. We reach a point where we face a wall.
It feels like somethings is holding you back and stopping you from moving forward.
This happens at work, in training and in life and it can be very frustrating. If it is frustrating it is very good, that means you know what you want. If you know what you want there is also something you can do about it.
Now to the hard part. What is holding you back is NOT your boss, colleague, friend or spouse, it is YOU! The only person that can change this will be you because the world thinks otherwise that you are find with what is.
Psychologically it can be that we want to have confirmation from someone that you should take action and do something about the thing that frustrates you. Problem is you might need to wait for a long time if somebody does not remind you. This is why I write you today, I want to remind you that it is time for you to do what you want and especially do something about the thing that frustrates you at the moment. That is your main priority.
