Step 1: Assess and Find What You Can Do
We don’t start with “what’s wrong.” We start with what’s possible.
Our coaches begin with a thorough assessment: movement patterns, injury history, and daily habits. Instead of forcing generic workouts, we identify the movements you can do safely, and build from there.
Step 2: Start Training, See Progress
With clear starting points, we begin training in a safe, coach-led environment.
The goal isn’t intensity, it’s momentum.
By training what’s available and gradually increasing capacity, clients experience measurable progress: better posture, more energy, reduced pain, and new strength. Small wins build trust in the process, and in themselves.
Step 3: Add Good Nutrition (When Ready)
Training comes first. Once consistency is in place, we layer in nutrition guidance.
We focus on simple, sustainable habits: enough protein, balanced meals, and energy management. Nutrition isn’t about dieting, it’s about supporting recovery, energy, and long-term health.
Step 4: Address Root Causes, Not Just Symptoms
Pain is often a messenger, not the enemy.
Take back pain for example:
Very often, the root cause isn’t the spine itself, but compensation patterns. A weak or inactive core (“sleepy glutes” or an underused trunk) forces the lower back to do all the work. The result? Chronic pain and stiffness.
By stabilizing the spine in training and reactivating other joints and muscles, we give the body options to move, instead of limitations. The pain decreases not because we “treated the back,” but because the system works better as a whole.
